Recently, veteran 2000s hitmaker Rachael Lampa and her husband Brendan welcomed a new baby boy. Her second child, Leo Kai McCarthy, was born on October 28 at 12:30 am.

"This little wonder took measures into his own hands and decided it was time for him to meet us," she shared on Instagram, along with a photo of the couple with their newborn. "In his own unexpected way, Leo Kai McCarthy came out swinging and has been nothing but the sweetest little nugget biscuit face. So beyond thankful and stupid in love."

In 2008, Rachael Lampa went on hiatus from music. Although she has released an album and several singles since then, she fully returned to music in 2019 and has been consistently releasing new singles since. Rachael recently returned to radio with her latest song and No. 1 hit "Perfectly Loved (feat. TobyMac)."
