Recently, Colton Dixon's wife, Annie Dixon, announced that she is launching her new music career as a solo artist! Under the name Annie Claire, she released her debut pop single "Bold" independently on October 31, with more new music expected.

"I grew up singing and playing piano in the church. I love music and the way it moves people, and I believe God works in big ways through sound. I’ve had it on my heart to release music for some time," Annie shared on Instagram along with the announcement. She continued, "I am excited to share this message God put on my heart, and I pray it compels you to walk in the fullness of what God is calling you to. This is about my own journey of obeying God, getting out of my comfort zone, and learning to walk in boldness!"

Her husband and hit pop artist Colton Dixon also shared the exciting news on his page, "Annie, I’m so proud of you. The night we met, music was on your heart. That was about ten years ago. You’ve supported me and my career ever since, and I am THRILLED to finally get to cheer you on as you release your first single."
