BOOST Radio is teaming up with Christian Hip Hop artist Torey D'Shaun to search for the next rising star through his "Anti-Diss" song contest from July 1st to July 28th. One winner will be selected to feature on an exclusive remix of his latest single, "Oowee."

Musicians who wish to participate in the contest can submit their music on the BOOST Radio website from July 1st to July 28th, and their favorite tracks will be aired on radio throughout the month. D'Shaun will announce the grand prize winner on BOOST Radio on Wednesday, August 7th, and the lucky winner will be featured on the remix of D'Shaun's latest single, "Oowee."

BOOST Radio Program Director Mike Couchman says, "Hip Hop has always had the power to inspire and boost the culture. The recent beef between Drake and Kendrick Lamar is a perfect reminder of why it's important to champion positivity."
 
While the current music climate creates space for tearing down other musicians, BOOST Radio and Torey D'Shaun aim to shine a light on musicians who challenge this idea and encourage them to celebrate the positivity in life, from small accomplishments to big achievements.
 
"God called me to use my skills for good, to build people up. If you feel the same, I need to know how hard you can go while you show love," says D'Shaun. D'Shaun is known for creating music that aims to challenge perspectives and change the social norm surrounding negative messaging within the industry.
