One of Passion's worship leaders, Kristian Stanfill, was hit by a car Tuesday, an incident that landed him in the hospital, according to posts by Louie and Shelley Giglio on social media.
Stanfill, 32, was running on the side of the road in the Atlanta area when an unidentified vehicle struck him. Giglio posted photos of the singer--best known for his radio single of "One Thing Remains (Your Love Never Fails)"--from his hospital bed, wife Kerri by his side.
"Miraculously no broken bones or permanent damage," Giglio posted to Instagram. "Thank you Jesus for your protection." She called on people to pray for Stanfill's soreness and general pain to subside.
Stanfill has yet to post anything about the incident on his website or social media, and is gearing up to be one of the featured speakers at the Lift Conference for worship leaders starting tomorrow, May 1. Hosted at his home church, Passion City Church, he'll be sharing worship wisdom along with Louie Giglio and Chris Tomlin, among others.
