I'm a big fan of Karen Kingsbury books! I haven't read one that I didn't enjoy. Although hard to pick a favorite, the Baxter Family series is so easy to lean towards. There are many books in the series, but they are so easy to read that it goes super fast. You get drawn in to these characters lives that you feel like you know them personally. I was eager to find out what happened to each of them in the next series. When she ended the series, I was sort of sad because I wanted to continue reading about their lives. Now she has an updated chapter of the Baxter's on her monthly e-newsletter. I've enjoyed the updates. I also loved Like Dandelion Dust, Divine (which made me cry), A time to Dance and so many others! You can't go wrong with Karen's style of writing. She's encouraging, using God's word throughout her writing. Great books to read in your free time when you just want to relax and have some quiet time.
