For a live music Cd, I'll be fair. They did well. This one is my fave of all the live casting crowns cds so far, but I'm still not a fan of live music. Personally because I don't like live music, I do admit I downplay a lot of it, but for those of you who do like live music, ignore me and go get the cd!

This is another great CD. Music with a meaning as I like to call it!All the songs are great!
Favorite song: "Lifesong". It's a reminder that we should be living our lives for God and God alone, and boy do we all need reminders sometimes(especially me)!

This band soared up the charts almost instantly when their music came out. I know why, too. Who Can't like songs like "Praise You With The Dance" or "Who Am I?"
Favorite Song: "What If His People Prayed". There's so much we could do if we'd let God use us and we can help to encourage others when we pray for them. This song reminds us we should pray for everything and "stop asking Oprah what to do!" lol, sorry couldn't help myself! :)

Ah... Christmas music done right. (Call me "Scrooge" becauswe when it comes to Christmas, I'm kinda super nasty and I really pick on atuff!) Anyway I like these songs. They'll make a good background come Chrastmas morning!
Favorite Song: "Silver Bells". Fianlly a song that illustrates how I feel about that idea of so called "Peace on Earth". Check it out and you'll know what I mean! I have to applaud their relevance to the times of today! Good job guys!

This is a nice CD. By nice, Imean neither good or bad, just fine to listen to. I really like only one song on here, the others I could take or leave really.
Favorite song: Guitar saint, and I'm not really sure why. I just do.
Also for some reason, the cover reminds me of spiderman. Not sure if that's good or bad either, lol

This Cd has been one of Switchfoot's best albums in my opinion. I like the way the songs make you think. The first time I heard some of them, I didn't really understand, I got the basic concept, bu this band poured their whole selves into these lyrics and it's worth giving a second listen to grasp the whole ideas.
Favorite song: wow. Now normally I'd say "Stars", but to be honest, that changed last week. When I first heard "Easier Than Love" I hated it. I missed the meaning, but now that I understand it, I totally agree. Why do advertisers have to use sex appeal to sell things to us? And why can't we think about that more. Sex(when done wrong) is badand usually the product they're trying to sell it with is also bad. Example:
Pretty blonde, blue-eyed girl with just the right proportions and clothing that you're drawn in and you somehow don't think about how bad th eproduct is. You want the girl, and somehow those advertisers have made us tink if we buy the product we'll have the girl, well they're wrong! I had my share of beers and I never had the girl. All I got was headaches, hangovers, and the death of my cousin! The advertisers lure you into a trap. That "TRAP" got my foster dad and I hope it never gets me!

Pivitplex has a really good song and I bought this cd only for the one, though the others are kinda good if you like slow relaxing songs.(They have one on their that is good for winding down before calling it a night, coincidentally called"Lullaby") But I bought this CD for one song:"You Know". I love the song and the tune is catchy in a good annoying way. you can't get it out of your head, but that can be pretty convicting, lol. Let me illustrae:
Your're doing something you shouldn't be(in my case smoking)and this chorus runs through your head:
"it's sweet in your mouth,
but you won't spit it out,
so now it's gooa burn you
from the inside out
yeah, yeah, yaeh yeah...."
So you kinda can't keep it up, because you know you shpouldn't be doing this stuff, but hey, in my case it did burn me from the inside out. I have lung cancer because of it.
Anyway, that CD I bought a very long time age and the song has never lost it's placein my cd player(not sure if that's a good or a bad thing, lol), and I think anyone with the same problem with addictions should get it. It's really encouraging!

Some of today's biggest artists got together and created a really good album. All ten songs are based on specific verses in scripture and by the time you've learned a song, presto, You've memorized another praise-filled Biblical passage.
My favorite song has to be "By His Wounds". It is an amazing song with an incredible meaning. These songs are church appropriate, and in the righ church, you might find your congregation dancing along!
