I've been listening to rend for a while now and I have all their albums. I mainly like them because of their unique folk sound and I think they lost it in this album. Don't get me wrong it's still great but rend is losing their charm and uniqueness. Its disappointing.

AMAZING | Posted March-25-2014
I don't normally give albums five stars but this one was AMAZING and undoubtedly the best album I have heard and they have released. I love the more religious lyrics and the orchestra stuff in it is great! I especially love the drums in this album but everything comes together really nicely. 5 stars and two thumbs up for Memphis May Fire! This is an amazing album.

I had recently stopped listening to Skillet as much because they had gotten "softer" and their songs started to sound the same but with this album came diversity and a fresh sound that I really appreciated. They had songs to appeal to pop lovers, metal lovers, and everything in between! Really impressed with American Noise and Good to Be Alive. They were really different from their previous songs and really pleasant to listen to. The message of hope in the songs was super prominent and touching but it was also empowering and fun! Great album

We as Human is an amazing band. Recently saw them at Uprise festival and they KILLED it.
This album is pretty diverse and masterful. A lot of bands like We as Human have to be careful not to let all their songs sound the same especially with their freshman release but they did an awesome job with that. I love their style and the true rock-and-roll displayed throughout the album. They kept it real and vulnerable. Half a star off for lacking uniqueness or anything special or wowing but it's a great album and I still listen to it :)

Awesome! | Posted February-04-2014
Tis album is amazing. I was skeptical at first because every For Today album has been largely different from their previous so I didn't know what to expect with this album but I am impressed! The lyrics are awesome. They're not too extremely pushy like some of their previous songs have been (in terms of pushing the gospel to a point where it gets annoying even for a devout believer) but it still relays the message clearly. The musicality is good not anything great but the overall sound is very appealing and I absolutely love it!

Amazing beautiful album | Posted January-29-2013
I very rarely buy albums. I'm a teenage girl with very limited money but when I previewed it on iTunes. I KNEW that I had to buy it. Just finished listening through the whole thing. The musicality is phenomenal, the talent is large, and the passion is incredible. It's authentic, techical and beautiful. I especially love Second Chances and the redo of the very famous song 10,000 reasons. I give it a definite 5 stars and applaud Rend Collective for yet another successfull work of art.
