Matt Maher once described this album as a journey through human life - the beginning, the ups, the downs, the end.
The tracks on Welcome To Life are simply and truly amazing to listen to. These are songs that will pick you up when you're feeling like nothing is going on in your life.
Songs like Void, Jesus, My Everything, and the original version of Your Grace is Enough are just a few examples of the grace of the Holy Spirit alive and working to Mr. Maher.
I especially like Matt's setting of the text of Isaiah 61 - the passage Jesus Christ read while he was at a synagogue. It is a beautiful reminder of how we should feel as Children of God and heralds of his Good News.
It is an album worth having, and worth listening. Whether you just want to kick back and relax to some good tunes, or (more importantly) you want some inspiration to help you pray - these tracks are always choices.
