I was disappointed when I bought and listened to this release by Lifehouse. After hearing their first two mainstream albums as well as their earlier material from before they were known as Lifehouse, I was expecting it to be much better. I wasn't as sucked into the music, and You and Me ended up being overplayed rather quickly. However, all that being said, it was still an okay album. I do like All in All and Blind quite a bit:)

This is a beautiful CD. The music within goes from uplifting to heart-wrenching, and from fast-paced to laid back all while maintaining that wonderful Lifehouse sound. My personal favorite song from this album would have to be either Spin or Out of Breath. On a side note, if you have not heard the acoustic version of Take Me Away, you most definitely should. It is amazing.
