This new album from The Glorious Unseen is incredible. Their lyrics speak straight to the heart without watering down the Gospel message with melodies that intricate and detailed. The title track "The Hope that Lies in You" addresses the need for believers to hope in the Savior, to stand strong against the storms of this world and recognize their steady foundation in Christ. The song "Heavy-hearted" asks the age-old question of why bad things happen to good people and why evil has a part in this world. After all the questioning and doubts, the song points the way straight back to the One who created everything. This album has thought-provoking lyrics that address issues that plaque the Christian community each day and points listeners back to the Hope that will never fail, the Light that will always shine, and the Mercy that never fails. A great listen!
