In the case of House of Hero's, the end is definitely only the beginning. This album is solid through and through. The band really showed everything they had to give. The album, themed with songs about war and love, has something for everyone. From the fast paced, "Lose Control," to something a little slower, like "Ghost." Overall this album was a great stepping stone for House of Heroes. They bring something fresh to the scene and I for one am loving it.

Hearts of Saints has done a great job for their first release! The very first song, "The Secret," will grab your attention and refuse to let go. Although the album dies down a bit with the other tracks, it's great nonetheless. The band is able to catch your attention and keep it, they may sound a little like other bands but the lead singer's vocals is enough to distract from that. Considering this their first album I am more than impressed. Truth is a secret I gotta let go..

I must say that overall this album is absolutely amazing! I expected no less from tobyMac. The title track, "Tonight" is a hard driving song that urges you to go for more. Kind of like a hard driving City on Our Knees. The album also has it's fun side with "Showstopper" and "Funky Jesus Music." It also has fun and meaningful songs like "Get Back Up" and "Captured." Also, I can't forget Tru-Dog's appearance on the album. His track is loveable as always, if you're a fan of T-Mac you will not be disappointed. And if you're not a fan yet, I promise you will be, or you'll at least find one track you'll like.

This album was absolutely amazing for The Almost's sophomore release! I loved all of the tracks on the CD. It had everything from rocking out songs like "Monster Monster" and "Want to," where Aaron really shows what his voice can do in the later. The album also has catchy slow songs which would touch the coldest heart like, "Hand Gernade" and "Monster." And of course you have the catchy "Hands" which one cannot help but sing-along with. Overall this album is balanced and very well done! One of my absolute favourites!
