I don't think it's mentioned anywhere on here that most of the songs on this CD are 30 second blips of random silliness Five Iron Frenzy performed in the studios. There are, however, a few full length songs that are just as fantastic as the rest of FIF's collection. With a self parody of "Ugly Day" to live versions of classics like "Fistful of Sand," this CD's still worth a buy in my book.

...you should probably buy more. But if one's all you'll get, this is the one. Derek's phenominal music, both from his Caedmon's Call days as well as his solo work, are brought together, along with incredible insight that challenges me every time I give it a listen. This is not a CD to skip on.
