I Love it to Death | Posted March-01-2008
this is one of my favorite albums of all. this cd has a great crunk rock, hip hop, electronic sound complete with heavy guitars and hard hitting drums and one of my favorite voices in the world... the addition of the three tracks is killer and you can almost hear the progression of their sound through the album... i love this record, it's a must...

Probably my favorite Pillar album, I think this is their definitive sound. Great listen for those who like rock/rap hybrid sound.

Apparitions of Melody | Posted March-01-2008
I thought this was a very interesting album... being a fan of metal and screaming vocals as well as the "emo" rock scene, Kids in the Way mix it up rather nicely... i like the tune of their music and the singer does have a good voice, but there are parts of songs where the high pitched squealing gets to be a little questionable... either way, I like the album enough to keep listening to it.

And the Best Gets Better | Posted March-01-2008
Skillet tops off their best album to date with a deluxe edition complete with DVD, bonus track and 5 exclusive acoustic cuts. Unbelievable. This album is perfect for pretty much anyone who likes rock music and acoustics. I myself love acoustic versions of pretty much everything so this album was a huge deal to me, considering Skillet is one of my favorite bands. An absolute must have for all Panheads.

Comatose | Posted March-01-2008
The best Skillet album to date, Comatose takes it up yet another notch... This band has snowballed since the success of Alien Youth and gets better and better with every album they produce. Comatose provides some of the most inspirational lyrics Skillet may have as well as a new symphonic rock sound that is absolute harmonic perfection. My favorite album by far.

Skillet's follow-up to Alien Youth, this album was even better than the one before... A harder sound, more intense lyrics and just an all-around amazing album, this was what set Skillet on fire for me and helped me to really get some of my friends into them.

We're Takin Over | Posted March-01-2008
After "Best Kept Secret" from the album Invincible, this album was really the one that put Skillet on the map for me. Alien Youth boasts a more electronic sound ripped with heavy guitars and drums, plus a few slower worship tracks. Not all the songs on this album are my favorite, however... some just lack a certain feel for me.

A Whole New Sound | Posted February-29-2008
Thousand Foot Krutch has progressed with each album and I think that makes this one my favorite... This has some of their hardest sounds in singles like "Falls Apart" and also has slow ballads like "Wish You Well". Hidden track "The Last Song" is a nice little feel good jam that puts you in the place of the band and gives the album a great send off... Great CD

Scars Remain | Posted February-29-2008
One of my favorite albums, this cd packs it all in... fast and heavy guitars, one of my favorite voices as far as singing and screaming and even a couple ballads... This is an influencial album that offers inspiration and lyrics that people can relate to... Great buy...

Simply Amazing | Posted February-29-2008
When I first heard Red's debut album, I was absolutely blown away... the heavy guitar rock sound integrated with symphonic melody makes for a truly remarkable sound... This album has screaming harmonics, heavy guitar riffs, killer drums, and even slow rock piano melodies... everything you could possibly want... plus, with the addition of the acoustic (more like semi-acoustic) lost track, this album is an absolute must have.
