This is the only cd i have by demon hunter, so i can't compare it to thier past music. I have the special edition cd, and i love it!! I love thier hardrock/screamo sound, and thier thought-provoking Christian lyrics. I also love the acoustic songs on thier special edition cd, "my throat is an open grave" and "the tide began to rise".
