MxPx's second album showcases a more mature style from the band. They have clearly learned from their previous album. The quality and production sounds much better, the songwriting is more tight and flowing, and the introduction of Tom Wisniewski really brings a more versitile sound to the band. While most of the songs are excellent, a few songs fall into the punk cliche of speaking out against politics. While these songs sound good, they just take a bit away from the excellence previous.
This is still a strong punk record that really defines MxPx as a band. View All Music And Book Reviews By username2 | View username2's Profile
