Overall I'm not usually a big fan of live albums. From much of my experience, live albums often show the weakness of many artists and show how much of the quality of their music is usually due to studio art rather than pure raw vocal and musical talent. With that said, I really enjoyed this release and thought that Casting Crowns does a great job in concert and presents their music very well and showcases their strength as musicians. This dual disc set features a CD of 6 songs performed live (5 from the bands first album along with one bonus track). The second disc is a DVD featuring live footage of those songs being performed.
