I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE The Benjamin Gate! This is a rockin', upbeat cd with catchy lyrics. My favorites are "Lift Me Up", "Light", and "Gratitude". This is the perfect cd to workout to, especially on the eliptical or the treadmill because it helps you get a nice paced rhythm going. You can get this cd really cheap online too.
