There has been a lot of debate about whether or not Jon Bunch's singing ability matches up to Further Seems Forever's two previous singers.
Rest assured, that is only because he sounds nothing like the previous two. His vocals give Hide Nothing a fresher sound... FSF sounds like a different band. Further Seems Forever is not your stereotypical whiny emo band. Songs like "Light Up Ahead" and "Hide Nothing" are melodic anthems that make you want to sing along. "Someone You Know" and "Bleed" are also album highlights. My complaint is that some songs tend to be quite repetitive. Also, "All Rise" sounds like a mere continuation of better song "Make It A Part" (and a poor one at that). However, Hide Nothing is a good effort for this band.
