I've been looking for a good devotional for a long time, and I think with Chris Tiegreen's One Year At His Feet, I've found it. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of good devotional books out there, but as a guy, most of them seem flowery and poetic, and I was looking for something that would not only grab my heart and speak deep into my life, but something that would also convict me, and show how I can change. Tiegreen has written 365 days worth of readings that all focus on quotes right from the mouth of Jesus himself. He gives a great commentary to the story or situation at hand, then re-aligns the truth of the matter with the reader's life. He gives great application for each passage of scripture.
