This sophomore project from the band varies musically from their first album, Phenomenon. There’s more of a punk rock and rap sound to it than the first album, or the two that followed it. However, we still get Trevor McNevan’s unique voice and Thousand Foot Krutch’s signature sound on a song here and there. I also appreciate the fact that they blatantly reference God or Christ on several of the tracks; something you don’t hear from many Christian rock bands these days. I would recommend this album to any true “friends” (as TFK calls their fans) of the band as well as any potential friends. It might take a bit to get into it, like it did me, but you won’t be sorry.
