a very fun, friendly album

This albums was fun, upbeat, and a great addition to the Hawk Nelson collection. I know some people say Hawk Nelson's music doesn't go deep enough into the Christian faith, but I personally really like their music style. It's very easy to listen to, and when I listen to this album, I wanna get up and dance!
The song "I Still Miss You" talks about the grieving for a deceased grandmother. It is a very good song that touches on Jesus being "bigger than the cancer in you." It's a different and softer version of most of HN's music, but good nonetheless.
The single "Friend Like That" is very catchy, upbeat, fun, and happy. This is one of the album's songs that makes you want to jump up and down. It talks about God being the greatest friend anybody could have.
"Let's Dance" is another fun one talking mainly about defying what the world tells you to do and just doing what you feel comfortable with. Part of the chorus says, "I don't want to live, like someone else I'm happy in my skin, bein' myself. Let's dance."
"One Little Miracle" is another one of my favorites. It features Amy Grant. This song talks about having faith and how one little miracle can get you through tough times.
Overall, I enjoyed this album very much. The lyrics were deeper and more mature, while Hawk Nelson's same energetic sound returned once again. View All Music And Book Reviews By skichick1014 | View skichick1014's Profile
