This is the first line from our song “Blink,” and is taken from Psalm 90. The theme for this song, and the whole record, was born out of a late night conversation that me and the boys had after dinner. We had just decided to start work on our new record and were figuring out what we wanted to say. As often happens with us, we began reminiscing about old Revive stories: bizarre venues, crazy people we've met, broken down vans and buses and the millions of miles we’ve traveled and people we’ve played to.
We wondered how much longer we would be doing this. Will this be our last record or will we be around for years and years? Well, who can say? We decided that whatever happens, we wanted to make a record that challenges people not to waste their lives, but to use what God has given them to applaud Him and give Him Glory."
