Love It| Posted July 26, 2007
I love this album. The diversity is great. its not often you can get a band that can go from songs like When i go down to Life after Detah and Taxes, they did it so well. Relient K have done it as usual. Well done guys.
Thumbs up!| Posted July 25, 2007
This was my first ever relient K album, and every single song is different, meaningful lyrics, and quite different to thier previous albums. this one takes a more serious approach, but still has the same \'fun\' atmosphere that seems to surround relient k.
Hooked on ReliantK| Posted July 18, 2007
This is a great album. My sister introduced me to the band with this cd, and I loved it. I didn't know who ReliantK was or what names of the songs were, I just knew I loved them. The songs have two meanings someimes. They can be directed towards a girl or towards God. They have great meanings. The song Be My Escape is one of those songs. All in all it's a great cd, and they're a great band.
AMAZING!!| Posted July 12, 2007
This is definately one of my favorite Relient K albums, and it is easy to see why. Each song is great, with a cool beat and awesome lyrics. Definately a CD worth buying.
The First One| Posted July 06, 2007
This CD is the first CD that my 12-year old son can officially claim as his own as we got it for him for Christmas last year. He has also been taking guitar lessons for over a year now and he is using this CD to learn how to play some of the songs. He listens to it over and over (and over). That should tell you something about the staying power of this CD.
"Be My Escape" is his personal favorite and I can pretty much say it's mine as well.
It seems the RK guys have really stepped it up with this album and I sure like it a lot more than any of their previous works.
The One I'm Waiting For| Posted July 05, 2007
I waited for this CD for months. I got it and immediately loved it. I think this CD was a big step up from Relient K's previous ones. The lyrics are great and the tunes are catchy and fun. I was able to listen to this CD for hours over and over again.
"Be My Escape" is the song that had hit mainstream and did really well. Another popular song is "Who I Am Hates Who I've Been" and "The One I'm Waiting For." Personally, my favorite songs aren't even those. They are "Which to Bury, Us or the Hatchet," "Let it all Out," "More Than Useless," and "When I go Down."
I don't think you can really go wrong with this CD.
