My musical journey began at the age of 7 when I first learned how to play the keyboard. At 11, I penned my first jingle, and by 15, I was composing full songs for school competitions. Yet, amidst these creative highs, darkness loomed, and at 20, I became suicidal. At that moment, a vision from Jesus pulled me back from the brink of suicide. (This is when I had a vision of Jesus… the basis of my painting.)
Through relationships lost and lessons learned, now, with 36 songs (34 of them are all secular) - planning for release. My first Christian song is "It Is You," after crafting this, my calling became clearer: to weave the Gospel, God’s love, and human emotion into my songs… My second Christian song is “Already Loved”
I was baptized in 2014, and in 2015, a stranger spoke a prophetic word over me, foretelling songs that would delight God. This year, I am collaborating with friends like Daniel, Max and Dionne to make more Christian songs.
My musical influences are as diverse as my journey. From classic ballads to alternative rock, and now, I like listening to Brandon Lake and Tauren Wells. I also like the lyrical depth of Jason Mraz and Dishwalla which inspire me most, infusing my songs with metaphors, emotion, and melody.
In my freshest revelation, I’ve discovered how to collaborate with God. Also, I've been immersed in God's love, and I wanna tell the world about it through my songs and art.
