The Chris Allen Band is a contemporary Christian praise and worship band from La Porte, Texas which is in the Houston area. The band consists of Chris Allen (lead vocals and rhythm guitar), Chris Shippey (drums), and Cordy Raney (lead guitar). The goal of the Chris Allen Band is to always put Jesus Christ first in their lives and in their ministry.
Their new cd, "Captured", contains original songs that express the heart of the Chris Allen Band. Through their music, they worship and exalt God. They pray that when someone hears their music that you feel like you have been in the presence of the Lord.
