I lived each day of my old life
As if I was not born to die.
I was guided by my sin.
And then, one day, God came to me.
The scales came off, and I could see
A life that leads to misery.
He said repent and believe!
And now I've come to learn the truth,
I'm on the vine and bearing fruit.
I am guided by my God.
So, everyday I live for Christ.
He knew my sin, still paid the price.
I give Him glory forever.

Shed his blood on Calvary!
I'm alive, and I'm not dead in my transgressions
Through the blood of Jesus Christ!
So, I bow down to the one who gave us life
Son of God, our savior, Jesus Christ!
He was more than a good man...
Much more than a prophet, bread of life, yeah!
