This EP is one of the best EPs that released. I mean, two new songs and three acoustic classics? Most EPs put songs that are gonna be on the album.
"Zombie": The Devil Wears Prada's "Zombie EP" in short, and in dance party form. Love it.
"Cray Button": This button was literally pressed. The song is crazy awesome. When I get the chance, I dance by myself when this song plays.
Then there are acoustic renditions of "Kountry Gentleman", "Fever", and "Love Addict". While I would've suggested "Cadillac Phunque", these were great acoustics.
If you have a few bucks in your iTunes account, spend some money on this, 'cause it'll totally be worth it.

A Worthwhile EP | Posted March-13-2012
This is what Family Force 5 was back then, during the Gotee Records days. And for the first time, they release 5 (coincidence, much?) tracks that were extremely hard to find, and they released it off their record label III Entertainment, and sold it ONLY during their Junk in the Trunk promotion. We kick it off with two "BUF/PITB" demos of "Kountry Gentleman" and "Numb", and they sound extremely similar to the main tracks (except for "Kountry Gentleman", it's lyrics are set up differently). Then two more tracks, one from a previous EP ("Color of Water") and one that wasn't even on a CD ("Master of Disguise"). Finally, we have "Gold", a rare song that's mostly played at shows, which is an acoustic take on the band's sound, and this is personally my favorite. Normally I would whine, saying, "there's more songs they haven't released to the public, and blah blah blah", but for now this will hold me off.

This is probably one of Tooth & Nail's most memorable album of 2010. It's full of that Emery-like sound of voices and screams, as well as the music. Lyrically, they've amped up a couple of knotches, belting out the best of the best. The stand out tracks include "This Awakening," "Salt And The Light," "True Bride," and "Trailers Vs. Tornadoes" (which is sooo much better than the original). I'm even glad that my dad has it on his iPod. Please pick this up, because it is AHMAYZING!

All The Elements I Need | Posted May-27-2010
When you listen to a band, you like to compare it to similar bands that you like. When I heard Write This Down, it reminded me of A Day To Remember and Andrew W.K. brought his voice and musicianship to it. It's amazing. All the tracks are awesome musically and lyrically. Standout tracks include "Alarm The Alarm" (way better than the original), "We Shot The Moon", and "Kings And Councilors."

Adding bonus tracks to the album that just went Gold is the most ingenious idea ever. This is the best albm that could ever exist on the face of the earth. Please pick this up, because it will be worth your while.

No Sophomore Slump Here | Posted April-14-2010
"Teenage Fantasy" is probably one of those releases that raises the question, "how in the world did they do it?" Thanks to Jeff of Number One Gun, the band has released one of the most heaviest albums that if Anthony Green rejoined Saosin and thought of the idea to make the band even heavier, that would be the result. It's just great. The stand-out songs are "Star Blankets," "Warrior (Southern Arrowwood)," and "Edge Of Wilderness". Highly suggest this album.

The Anthem For Headbanging | Posted March-24-2010
This album is simply heavy. Raw. Exhausting. But fun. Josh Scogin just knows how to make it the hardest metal album that'll make you want to destroy the most valuable items in your house. "Teach" and "Evolve" are my standout tracks. Just next time let's not make the tracks sound the same.

The Strongest Return Ever | Posted March-22-2010
I swear, I got into Living Sacrifice over the summer of '09. And I have to say, this is the strongest return of the so-called "Greatest Christian Metal Band Ever". The stand out tracks were "Nietzche's Madness", "Organized Lie", "They Were One", and "God Is My Home." Please pick up this record because you will rock out to it all day.

Rockin' But Weakly | Posted March-22-2010
I like The World Is A Thorn. It was just too weak. I think Aaron Sprinkle didn't make the drums strong enough. The stand out songs were "Collapsing", "Driving Nails", and "Shallow Water". I just hope they do better next time.

I liked this album. It had a poppy and soft rock feel. "Try It" and "Big Machines" were the stand outs of this album. I wish he had done more though, and I wish the Journey cover was a bit more unique to Jeff rather than the song. But overall this is a sweet album
