Great EP | Posted February-02-2011
So a friend of mine bought this and we listened to it together and were blown away. This EP is very underrated and I can tell just by hearing this sound, that this band is going places. I'm excited for them and can't wait to watch their progress. I'm already on board with being a fan after hearing this EP.

Good, but | Posted February-02-2011
This album would be a good album to get on a discount. I really wouldn't pay full price for it, but it is still worth getting. This new band has a lot of room for improvement, but they do have a song that will get them going, "Brain Damage." The video isn't the greatest, but it is a good start.

Definitely their most fun album | Posted February-02-2011
When you go see Hawk Nelson live, the songs that are the most fun to see are off of this album. From using a Kazoo to singing in French, they are a lot of fun. They are the songs that make you want to join this band and their craziness. Also, the song "Zero" causes the listener to think a lot and it is very valuable. I highly recommend this album!

Still their best album! | Posted February-02-2011
If there is one album to buy from this band. This is it! This album is so good and I love listening to it. The songs on here are by far their best and the videos they made to go along with it are great. From humor, to making you think, this album has everything that is Hawk Nelson.

Better lyrics, not so with the music | Posted February-02-2011
This album has some of the band's best lyrics, but outside of "Friend, like that" there isn't much as far in the way of the music off of this album. But I would still recommend buying it if you are die hard fan, but if you aren't just go on itunes and buy the song "Friend, like that."

Kind of a bust | Posted February-02-2011
I really liked their song "Live Life Loud" so I bought the album. It doesn't have the high quality in quantity that their other albums do. If you are going to buy one Hawk Nelson album, this wouldn't be it. However, if you are a die hard fan, I would recommend you buying this one. Especially if you appreciate their humor you will enjoy "Ode to Lord Stanley."

Better than expected | Posted February-02-2011
Ok so I will admit that the only reason I bought this CD was it as $5 at a Christian music store and I thought she was decent. The more I listened to it, the more I enjoyed it. I was even surprised the my Dad enjoyed it and he and I have very different tastes of music.

Love this album! | Posted February-01-2011
Ok. I'll be honest. I bought this album because I got it dirt cheap at a Christian music store and I really liked the song "Breath Into Me." I was blown away by this album. This is incredible. And the best part, this is just their first album! While "Breath Into Me" is the best song the band has written, it doesn't take away from enjoying the rest of the album which is key for a new band. They have the breakthrough song and also other quality songs to go along with it. That's huge!

Better than most Sophomore albums | Posted February-01-2011
Usually a band will follow up their first album with a very mediocre at best album but not RED. Although they did take the usually step back like most bands, they still put out a quality record. Their best song off of this album, by far, and their second best song they've recorded (just behind "Breathe into Me") is "Never Gonna Be the Same." There isn't a Christian who used to reject the faith, like myself, that didn't go through the change the band sings of. It is very powerful!

R u Kidding me? | Posted February-01-2011
Can RED really be this good? I am not one for hard rock or even an screaming and yet I can't get away from RED. They are just too good. This album is such a breath of fresh air for this band. Not really a new style but a new quality. They have taken the best parts of the previous two albums and added killer lyrics and came out with an amazing sound. I so can't wait till the roads are cleared so I can go buy this album. I would do amazon but I don't want to have to wait for it to be shipped. Yeah, it's that good.
