Upbeat but not the best | Posted September-18-2007
Foreverafter had a short-lived career but their self-titled cd is very upbeat with many catchy lyrics. I've always thought "Lay it Down" would make a good invitation/altar call song at a youth event.

Hard to find....but amazing! | Posted September-18-2007
I LOVE this album! The songs are a wonderful collection of worship...if you went to a 2007 CIY Summer Conference where the Aaron Pelsue Band led worship, then you know what I mean! My favorites are "We Lift Up Your Name" and "Come Home Running". This album is very hard to find, but is worth it if you do!

Love It! | Posted September-18-2007
From the moment we sang "Till I See You" as a worship song at a youth conference, I was hooked. This album has some of my favorite Hillsong United worship songs on it such as "All For Love", "Rest in You", and of course "Till I See You". I absolutely LOVE their version of "Awesome God"...it's probably the best/most relevant version I've heard in years! If you work with youth at your church, I HIGHLY recommend that you introduce Hillsong United to them. My husband is a youth minister and something about this music really connects with youth.

Finally! | Posted September-18-2007
Finally Caedmon's Call is back to their roots! Over the past few years I have lost interest in their music, so I was a little leary about Overdressed. To my surprise, Overdressed takes us back to the days of listening to 40 Acres and their other earlier work, especially with the contribution of Derek Webb. Some of the songs have a newer sound with Andrew Osenga on lead vocals, but it is a refreshing addition. If you like Caedmon's earlier sound, then I think you will be pleased with this album.
