I have been a Phil Wickham fan for many years and own most of his albums. This album is very good, maybe not his best, but very good. It is nice to be able to listen to the album on this website before buying, but I will definitely be buying this music. There are some very good upbeat songs and I like his version of This is Amazing Grace.

I am really enjoying this new music from Keisha Cory. This album is mostly pop/rock with a couple ballads. I like Overwhelmed and Hallelujah You're My King. I like albums that I can listen to straight through without skipping songs here and there.

Decent Hymns Album | Posted September-03-2013
Good music. Better than I expected. It's difficult to put a good spin on songs that have such a definite tradition surrounding them. Thankfully there are very few changes in melody lines. My favorite song on the album is Great is Thy Faithfulness.

The new album, Revival, by Soulfire Revolution is a decent album. There are good songs and some not so good. I know there is a lot of hype surrounding this album because of where it comes from and what is happening there, but I, personally, have a hard time listening to music that all sounds the same.

I was very surprised by this new album by Tricia. It is mostly pop music with some strong ballads. It has very Christ-focused lyrics that are worshipful. My four year old daughter loves dancing around to the songs Radiate and Enough. It is great music for the family.

I really enjoyed listening to the new album by The City Harmonic. There are some very worshipful songs that go along with really good music. I really enjoyed their first album and plan to purchase this one when it is available. It is nice to have the streaming preview available.

Mostly upbeat pop music that is worshipful and expressing a dependence on God's mercy and His ability to lift us out of the depths that our pain and hurt can take us to. The lyrical theme is hope and restoration due to God's faithfulness to us.

Morning Rises | Posted August-02-2013
This is the first time I have purchased an entire album by Aaron Shust. Actually, the only reason I did is because I had a coupon to Family Christian bookstore. That being said, as I listened to it the first time, I sat thinking "Wow!". Overall, the instrumental music is outstanding. The lyrics are God-focused and God-glorifying. Not all of these songs are ones I could use in my church's sunday morning music, but I was able to sit at my desk and worship God. There is an overwhelming theme of the brilliance and majesty of our God. I do wish more of the lyrics expressed the absolute need that we have to be redeemed from our sins and our utter dependence on God's grace. All-in-all, this album is worth the money I paid and I look forward to listening to it again.
