Fireflight is such a good band! They are soo original. I wish I had the pleasure of seeing them live, but so far they havent even come remotely close to where i live.
I've talked to Fireflights members through myspace quite a bit and they are so nice and fun!
They really love their fans and have time for them =)
My favorite songs are: More than a Love song, It's you, Myself, Star of the show, and pretty much the whole cd! i honestly cannot wait until their new cd comes out in 08'!
I love Dawn, Justin, Phee, Glenn, and Wendy!!

spikeymike66: Daughtry is a band not a solo project, so the band's name is "Daughtry", thats why they dont call them Chris Daughtry. if you didnt already know that lol
anyhoo to the rest of you..
okay, so im not a huge daughtry fan [they are good], but i've noticed a common problem on NRT.. alot of people seem very opposed to mainstream bands who are definitely christians just because they are on MTV and play at festivals or concerts that dont have preaching.
what the heck!
Daughtry is definitely a christian band
and if you really did your homework you would know that already..
even on The American Music Awards a couple weeks ago when they won an award he thanked God and his wife above everybody else.
And fyi, chris daughtry has openly said he is a christian before.
He is not some wishy washy Beyonce Knowles who claims shes a christian and then comes out half dressed on stage.
Alot of people give Paramore crap about their faith as well, THEY ARE CHRISTIAN!
In my opinion, its better to be a mainstream artist than a christian artist because you can really affect peoples lifes in a powerful way.
Most unbelievers wont take the time to listen to "christian music", christian music is made for christians to listen to.
We have to have both in my opinion.
Doesnt mean mainstream music has to have cursing or inappropriate content..
bands like paramore, underoath, the devil wears prada, daughtry, have good wholesome music.. do they have to repeat God's name a thousand times to be christian? noo..
sadly, christian music doesnt always impact unsaved peoples lives
kids need to be told about God through their own taste in music.
Somebody just like them, chilling with them and telling them of how hard life has been but then sharing how theres hope.
i would be glad to talk to any of you more about this.
dont take this personally, this is just my personal opinion.

Krystal Meyers is very near and dear to my heart!
I will always love her music. I have been a fan of hers for about three years =)
And i've never been unhappy with her music!
I really loved her debute album (yes alot of her songs were soft ballads) buttt they were testimonial and she really shared her feelings about what she was going through or had gone through in her life. Plus, Anticonformity, i mean wow! that song is my anthem.
But anyhooo
Dying for heart.
Wowzers!!!
Everything just got 10x better when she released this amazing record.
I got it the day it came out and immediately put it in my stereo and listened to the whole freakin thing from tracks 1-10!
although i was disapointed that we had to have a pink cover when japan got the rad cover!
how unfair!
my favorite song on this record would have to be stand and scream.

I love Flyleaf so much!
This cd is so moving! i love it.
Her voice is so unique and her lyrics are very well written!
The boys of course make the band that much better!
my favorite songs are Im so sick, Fully Alive, Perfect, I'm sorry, Red sam, and So i thought. haha I like the whole cd, really i do!

At first when i listened to this cd, i was like yeahh its okay, but i really like it now.
Plumb has her own unique style and her lyrics seem very personal about who she is.
"Cut" is a sad but freeing song, i personally, realy like it.

go buy the cd if you havent already!

I love this cd!
So many people hate their new stuff, which makes me mad, because have you listened to it?
its great! yeah sure their other cds were AMAZING as well.. but i think this one is by far the best.
its my favorite.
i listen to it almost everyday =)

All I can say about this album is "wow".
Its brilliant. Aaron's lyrics in this album are very personal and honest. I especially like how open he is about his faith and songs like "Amazing Because it is" and " Dirty and Left Out" are awesome songs about his relationship with Jesus. The almost are truly amazing people!
