ok i guess | Posted December-27-2007
this cd was filled with songs by bands i like, therefore i already had most of the songs. it was a good mix but since i already had all the songs that i like it was kinda a waste of my money. my recomendation is to only buy it if you don't have cds by these artists or if u just want a good mix of songs

k so this is my favorite cd EVER!!!!!! when i bought it i had never heard any of the songs or anything else by anberlin. i bought it of one of my friend's recomendations. i was glad i did too. the only song i don't like on here is "a heavy hearted work of a staggering genuis" and that's because it's an instrumental song. stephen christian has a great voice and the lyrics are amazing!!!! i can relate to all the songs and i think that its pretty cool to be able to do that. my favorite song is "time&confusion" but i love every song. i would def. tell you to get this cd

only the best band around | Posted August-27-2007
so hawk nelson is my favorite band EVER!!!!! this is a great cd too. i would like to say that every single song but i'm not a fan of "my generation" or "my generation intro". i know that "my generation" is a cover song but i just don't like it. the rest of the songs are really sweet and i like them all. best songs: california, things we go through, every little thing, recess(the only all instrumental song i like), take me, someone else before, and french intro. i know that some people hate "french intro" but i think jason sounds so sweet talking in french. (he def. knows the way to a girls heart) the bonus movies are pretty amazing too. but if you have the podcast then you will already have the "letters to the president" movie. "jason dunn vs. the chairs" is the best 27 second movie i have ever seen though. when you watch it try to find the spots where people hand him money for his stunt...it will just make it even funnier!!!! so this is a great cd and i can't think of anyone who shouldn't own it.

an ear-catcher | Posted August-27-2007
you know how something can catch your eye, well this cd did just that...except it caught my ear. the first song i've ever heard by rkr was we've only just begun and i fell in love with them right away. the songs deal alot with love...or lost love(as in "move on") i love every song on this cd and i would recomend that everyone owns it. rkr is trully a talented band. the only song that i have a problem with is "miles and states" thge lyrics are amazing!!! i can relate to them and they just make me feel good but i don't like the backround music. i can't wait until rkr makes a new cd!!!

JUST OK | Posted August-21-2007
this is an ok cd. nothing more nothing less. there are a few songs on this cd that i absolutely love...but i don't like most of them. stellar kart's second cd titled we can't stand sitting down is much better.
