"Ocean" is the best one on the album!  Being born in Nova Scotia... I can understand what Matt wanted to express in the lyrics...

When we write about our real life experiences or our close friends' or relatives', the meaning of the songs touches the listeners a lot more... and that is what I feel about that song.

Keep up the good work!

Just Heavenly Sounding! | Posted September-03-2008
I went to the East Coast Worship Summit last June and I met Laura Story there. I didn't know her before, except that I had received 2 free downloads from her songs: Grace and Bless the Lord. I was looking forward to meet her as it is always nice to get to know the "artists" behind the songs. Once again, I was not disappointed.
I was really blessed by her ministry, attending one of her workshop there, and also when I was led by her in worship. As I am French speaking, I might not use the right way to say things, but if I may use that expression: the songs in her album: Great God Who Saves have the ring of truth! She believes what she says and she says what she believes. She lives what she says and she says what she lives!!! In one word, she is a truthful person.
And by the way, I discovered the famous song: Indescribable while in PA at the E.C.W.S. last June during her Worship session, and it is only when I was back home that I realized that Chris Tomlin had it on one of his CD, and had made it popular a while ago... there I was telling everyone about that super song and they were telling me: I think I know it, I heard it somewhere?!?!... and they all thought that it was Chris Tomlin that wrote it!! So, I want everyone to know that it is Laura Story that wrote it, but yes, Chris Tomlin made it know around the world... if I'm not mistaken.
If I may add, in my own tastes, I think that her voice, when singing, is just heavinly Sounding!!!It is worth taking the time to get to know her. She went through a terrible ordeal while she was writing the songs and it shows when you listen to them. The message is very profound. Here is the Laura Story Might to Save video of her testimony that I copied from YouTube... worth listening!! VERY GOOD!! There is another one on YouTube Laura Story Passion & Purpose Video which is more to present her ministry, which is also very good.

So here is the link:

God Bless you.

Surprised! | Posted September-03-2008
I received a link by e-mail, to get a free download from Downwhere (which I did not know at the time), and did not open the file for a while. When I got back to the file, I realized it was a complete CD!!!! WOW! was I surprised to discover them! They have a wide range of songs. Each of them with a strong message. I don't know why they are not more well known yet!!! I also enjoyed a lot their vocals, as I participate myself in the Praise team at Church. It is a blessing to my ears and my heart! Praise God! I really pray that their message and ministry spreads throughout the U.S.A. and also throughout Canada as they are Canadians... like myself! Wide-Eyed and Mystified is a CD that you don't get tired of listening. Their next album which should be out soon this september: Ending is Beginning, should be as good as this one or even better!!

I am just coming back from the East Coast Worship Summit where I got to meet Mark Roach and was blessed when he was leading Worship there. I did not know him before I went to the Summit, and I bought this album while in PA. I first listened to it, while driving on my way back home... I am still listening to it at home since I am back! It is hard to decide which songs are my favorites as I appreciate all of them! I particularly appreciate the fact that his voice is in front of the music. We can hear the message very clearly.

Mark Schultz is gifted in many ways. His singing, songwriting, personality and testimony are worth mentionning. His songs are playing regularly at home. My favorite songs in this album are: Walking Her Home, 1 000 Miles, Lord You Are, Everything To Me, Now That You've Come Into My Life, She Was Watching, and Until I See You Again (Ballad Version).
