The next step of Christian music

By mayhem,
If you have ever seen them live, you'll know how crazy these guys are. "Business Up Front, Party In The Back" is Family Force 5's debut album. There aren't a lot of really good debut bands that actually stick out immediately. "Love Addict" and "Replace Me" have been heard on radios everywhere. You absolutely cannot listen to this CD without either singing along, or getting up and dance. In fact, you might as well do both because songs like "Numb" pretty much is telling you to go grab a piece of cardboard and start breakdancing. The sound Family Force 5 makes is like no other. At this point in time, they can't accurately be compared to anyone.
The only thing I would say might be something that people are concerned with, is that their music isn't in-your-face-we-are-Christian. There aren't really any obvious Christian themes in their songs. To some people, this makes a difference, so I'm just putting that out there.
The bottom line is, they pretty much have defined Crunk. They've paved the way to the dancefloor. View All Music And Book Reviews By mayhem | View mayhem's Profile
