Quite simply this is the best Caedmons Call album for many years, indeed since Long Line Of Leavers.They have gone back to what they did best; songs that make you think and harmonies to die for. It is one of those rare albums that has not one bad track on it.Each song is an individually crafted gem but the album is also a coherent whole. And of course Derek Webb has a big hand in this too producing as well writing playing and singing but the real revelation in this album is Danielle Young. Her songs add a real emotional and spiritual depth to the album and Free is by far the best Caedmons song ever.A band back on form and the best music they have ever done. Album of the year?
