Jason Castro

By HotaruSan,
Jason Castro. His songs are good, his voice interesting, lyrics nice but it was his interview with K-Love that made this album stand out.
After first hearing this album, I thought it was just like all the rest of the Christian-Secular artists' works. Usually the gig is, write a song that doesn't mention someone specifically, that could pertain either to your girlfriend/boyfriend or Jesus by saying 'You' all the time.
But in his interview he said that his debut album was a love album for his wife because by being on the road a lot, he missed her. But with this second album, he really wanted to sing for God and about God.
That made me listen again to the album. I'm glad Jason has stepped up and sang about his faith. It makes me respect him more. View All Music And Book Reviews By HotaruSan | View HotaruSan's Profile
