This Is An Outrage! by Capital Lights This Is An Outrage! by Capital Lights
I absolutely love this CD. I heard the song Outrage and I went out and bought the Cd soon after. I think every song on the CD is great. It's so upbeat and fun, and I love how the lead singer sings. The...
Hawk Nelson Is My Friend by Hawk Nelson Hawk Nelson Is My Friend by Hawk Nelson
Not extremely happy with the new CD. But it was basically exactly what I expected. There's nothing really different here from the last CD. The songs are still catchy and fun to listen to, but it's not...
Hello, Good Friend by The Rocket Summer Hello, Good Friend by The Rocket Summer
At this point The Rocket Summer isn't quite as experienced, and his music is a little less mature, but this CD still has a lot potential. I really like how more of the songs are piano-based on this CD....

I actually liked Mae's older CDs better than this one. They lost the sound that I liked. I found a lot of the songs pretty annoying, especially the choruses. I was pretty disappointed in the CD, but that's jsut my opinion. People who like that type of music would probably enjoy it more.

I like how Mae has a fairly unique sound, really melodic and soft, yet powerful. But as a hard core punk fan, this wasn't my favourite CD. It just got boring to me after a while. Someone Else's Arms was my favourite song, but there's a couple other songs that sound quite a bit like it.

Hearts of the Innocent | Posted November-14-2007
Not my favourite Kutless album. A couple of songs stuck out for me, like the title track, Beyond the Surface, and Promise of a Lifetime, but other than that they all sounded vaguely similar. I can't say they brought anything new this time, it was all just very basic rock. So it was really just okay for me.

Barlow Girl Debut | Posted November-14-2007
A decent frist CD. I'm glad we're finally getting some female punk bands. Maybe a bit amateur, but their lyrics are pretty solid. "Clothes" is a good song that every girl should hear. Nothing special, but okay all around.

What Are We Waiting For? | Posted November-02-2007
A pretty awesome CD, considering it's a side project for TFK's Trevor McNevan. It has great, catchy songs that you can't help but love, but it is lacking in the lyrical area. Most of the songs don't have very much substance, but nevertheless, a good party CD and fun listen.

I think this Cd rocks. It's a great rock CD with catchy songs and good beats. I love the lead singer's voice, it works for the harder songs and for the slow ones. The best songs are The Fight, The Coldest Heart and Headlights, in my opinion, but every song is good.

Critically Ashamed | Posted October-01-2007
A really catchy Cd with a lot of songs good for dancing. They're fun songs, but they also have some slow ones, which are also pretty good. My only problem with it is that most of them don't have much substance, and don't really ahve anything to do with Christianity. But Nice Piece of Art is really good for that kind of stuff,a nd overall a really enjoyable CD.

Oh! Gravity | Posted September-23-2007
This is actually my first Switchfoot CD. I heard a lot of good stuff about them, so I figured I'd give them a try. It wasn't bad, but not as good as I'd expected. I really liked Oh! Gravity and Awakening, but for most of the songs, i could take them or leave them.

Eleventyseven Debut | Posted September-23-2007
I think Eleventyseven did a pretty good job on this one, although i could sense that they were still a little amateur on this one, but i guess that's expected for some guys who might still be in their teens. Also i can't say they brought out anything new to CCM. It was a good effort, but there's room for improvement.

Wooow. I never knew I'd actually like anything that includes techno, but I found myself loving every bit of this CD. Eleventyseven did everything possible to make this CD irresistable. I thought they did a great job mixing punk and techno, but they also did a really nice acoustic with It's Beautiful. Altogether, and amazing CD, highly recommended.
